Broccoli
Pacific Shores is leader in Asian cut broccoli crowns as well as domestic cut crowns, bunch 14’s and 18’s and florets. The broccoli is harvested in the fields then immediately transported to our cooler to be iced or vacuum cooled, depending upon our customer’s preference.
Cauliflower
Cauliflower is field packed in size 9’s, 12, and 16’s. The cauliflower is packed in cartons and wrapped or shipped naked. It is harvested in the field and then brought to the cooler to be pressure cooled.
Carrots
Specializing in Jumbo and Super Jumbo carrots. Our carrots are harvested in the field and brought back to the packing shed where it is sized, washed and polished. Pack sizes are 50 pound and 10 pound bags.
Celery
Celery is field packed in 24’s, 30’s and 36’s both naked and sleeved. It is packed in the field then brought to the cooler to be hydro cooled.
Brussels Sprouts
Brussels Sprouts are both mechanically and hand harvested. It is packed in 25 and 10 pound cartons. It is packed in the field then brought to the cooler to be iced or hydro cooled depending on the customers preference.
Onions
Yellow and Red onions are harvested year round with our growers in Idaho, California, Texas and Mexico. We specialize in Jumbo and Colossal 50lb and 25 lb sacks.
Kale
Kale the original superfood is bunched and packed in 12 count and 24 count cartons. Varieties are regular green kale and Lacinato kale. it is field packed then brought to the cooler to be iced or hydro cooled depending on the customers preference.
Spinach
Spinach is grown year round in California and packed into 24 count bunches. It is field packed and brought to the cooler where is is hydro cooled upon arrival to the cooler.
Napa Cabbage
Napa cabbage is available year round and is available from our growers on California, Mexico and Canada. It is packed in 50 lb cartons in the field.
Iceberg Lettuce
Iceberg lettuce is packed in the field in 24 count and 30 count. It is packed both cello and naked then brought to the cooler where is is vacuum cooled upon arrival.
Cilantro
Cilantro is packed in 24 count bunches and available in iced or iceless. It is available year round in California and seasonally in Mexico.
Green Onions
Green onions are harvested in the field then brought to the packing house to be sized, packed and cooled. The green onions are packed iced or iceless and sized smal, mediums and large.
