Broccoli
Broccoli is packed into cartons as bunched 14ct., crowns, and florets. They are packed immediately in the fields using our state-of-the-art harvesting machines, then transported to our packing sheds to be vacuum-cooled (or iced), depending upon our customer’s preference..
Cauliflower
Cauliflower is field packed in size 9’s, 12, and 16’s. The cauliflower is packed in cartons and wrapped or shipped naked. It is harvested in the field and then brought to the cooler to be pressure cooled.
Spinach
Spinach is grown year round in California, seasonally in Nevada, packed into 24 count bunches. It is field packed and brought to the cooler where is is hydro cooled upon arrival to the cooler.
Celery
Celery is washed and packed immediately the field using our custom stainless-steel equipment. Due to customer demand, we harvest and pack our celery stalks (or hearts) in numbers of 24, 30 or 36. They are then transferred to our packing sheds where they are cooled and stored in our vacuum cooler, then stored in our standard cooling room until the products are loaded and shipped.
Brussels Sprouts
Brussels Sprouts are both mechanically and hand harvested. It is packed in 25 and 10 pound cartons. It is packed in the field then brought to the cooler to be iced or hydro cooled, and or packed into consumer size bags 18x1lb. or 24x1lb., depending on the customers preference.
Onions
Yellow, Red , and White onions are harvested year round with our growers in Idaho, California, Nevada, and Texas and Mexico. We specialize in Jumbo, Large, and Medium of 50lb., 25 lb. sacks, and 40lb cartons. We also pack Small/Medium Pre-Packs upon special ordered customer needs.
Iceberg Lettuce
Iceberg lettuce is packed in the field in 12 count, 24 count , and 30 count. It is packed both cello and naked. Then brought to the cooler where is is vacuum cooled upon arrival.
Parsley
Grown year round in California, and seasonally in Arizona, Mexico, and Nevada. Its field packed in 15ct, 30ct bunches, then brought to cooler where it is vacuum cooled or iced upon arrival.
Romaine Leaf
Grown year round in California and seasonally in Arizona, Mexico, and Nevada. Its is field packed in 12ct, 24ct cartons. Then brought to the cooler and vacuum cooled upon arrival.
Cantaloupe
Seasonally grown in Arizona, California, and Mexico. Field packed and brought into the cooler where they are pressure cooled.
Honeydew
Seasonally grown in Arizona, California, and Mexico. Field packed and brought into the cooler where they are pressure cooled.
Mini Watermelon-Seedless
Seasonally grown in Arizona, California, and Mexico. Field packed and brought into the cooler where they are pressure cooled.
